Christmas Carols Bring Joy to RoughLee Home

Festive Smiles: Lee-Royd Nursery Delights Our Residents

We were delighted to welcome the children from Lee-Royd Nursery to RoughLee Home today for a special visit filled with Christmas carols and festive cheer. Their energy and enthusiasm brought so much joy to our residents, creating moments of connection that truly brighten this time of year. It was wonderful to see smiles, laughter and a shared sense of celebration across generations.

 

Visits like this have a meaningful impact on our community, and we are incredibly grateful to the children and staff for joining us. With Christmas approaching, we look forward to many more heartwarming moments together.

41 Years Of Quality Care

The home was built on the site where Rough Lee ma- ternity hospital had been. The first stone was laid by Lady Clitheroe in November 1982. The building as a home was opened in January 1984.

We will treat you to some lunch, introduce you to our staff and residents and you could even join in one of our daily activities
